Nathan runs his own innovative plant-based private dining service offering a choice of fine dining, casual menu experiences or at home cooking classes - which are particularly popular with parents wanting to lead their children into a plant-based future.
Nathan has worked as a development chef for the past five years. During this time, his pioneering vegan dishes have been launched across a number of the best vegan and vegetarian restaurants in London including Redemption, The Gate and Omnom. His menus are inspiring.
Nathan has studied a range of cuisines in the last sixteen years and has done so alongside some of the best names in the industry, including Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie Oliver and more. He specialises in Italian, Pan Asian, Modern British and Caribbean cuisine.
